By accessing or purchasing from WE ARE MORTALS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where shown. Discounted prices (e.g., 90% off) are launch promotions and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you confirm that the card or payment method is yours and that you have sufficient funds. You agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.

Orders ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Shipping fees and customs duties (where applicable) are shown at checkout or charged on delivery.

You may return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping). To start a return, email clan@wearemortals.shop with your order number.

All trademarks, logos, designs, photography, and content are the property of WE ARE MORTALS unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or resell our designs without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WE ARE MORTALS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
